Terms & Conditions.

Here are our standard terms:

• The recording studio can be booked daily and hourly and with or without an engineer.
• The content creator studio can be booked daily and hourly and with or without a videographer
• A studio day is 8 hours but additional time is often possible.
• Session start time must be stated and agreed to 24 hours in advance.
• Minimum charge is for 3 hours.
• Recurring weekly or biweekly sessions can be booked, and a discount for a contracted time is available
• 50% non refundable deposit is required to reserve either studio via e-transfer
• The balance is due on the first day of the session via e-transfer
• Any incidentals and additional time will be invoiced at the completion of the session and the final invoice must be paid before any files or media will be released.
• 5% GST will be added to the entire invoice. 7% PST on all media, supplies and rentals.
• Ad-hoc bookings can be accommodated, however they cannot be booked more than 1 week in advance
• Sound Corral Studios bears no financial or legal responsibility for any articles brought in or left at the studio
